Price drop: Josh Leland Frazier’s 13-acre property at 24120 Arnold Drive, formerly known as Leland Fly Fishing Ranch, but now called “Purlieu,” was originally listed a year ago for $7 million. The price is now $5.44 million.

New therapist: Vicky Rohrer is a licensed marriage and family therapist and she has just opened a private practice at 645 Broadway. Eye surgery: Ophthalmologist Michael Saidel is now offering laser cataract surgery in association with Sonoma Valley Hospital on an outpatient basis (in less than an hour). The American Academy of Ophthalmology reports that by age 75, approximately half of all Americans have cataracts.
