Tire store opens in Greenwood
A tire store is opening in the Center Grove area on Monday.
Belle Tire will open at 198 S. Marlin Drive, Greenwood.
The Michigan-based store will offer a variety of auto services including wheel alignment and oil changes, according to a news release from the company.
For two months following the store opening, Belle Tire will donate a portion of each purchase to a local charity of the customers’ choosing. Selected charities for the challenge include the Humane Society of Johnson County, Warrior’s Hope, The Refuge and The Social of Greenwood.
The company began opening stores in Indiana in 2015 and has multiple other locations in central Indiana.
Health forum honors local legislator
The Indiana Health Industry Forum named Rep. Trey Hollingsworth (IN-09) 2018 Legislator of the Year.
The award is presented annually to legislative leaders who demonstrate a strong commitment to public health policy and service to Indiana’s health science business community, according to a news release from the group.
