Oklahoma Policy Institute adds three new staff members to expand the organization's work on education, criminal justice, and operations and development. Rebecca Fine joins as an education policy analyst to focus on research and analysis of policies affecting all levels of education. Fine began her career in education in 2009 as an Oklahoma teacher. She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in political science from the University of Rochester and received an M.A. in Educational Policy Studies from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Damion Shade joins as a criminal justice policy analyst. Shade was an educator at Jenks Public Schools and the Oklahoma School for the Performing Arts. He has written education and justice features as a contributing writer for the Tulsa Voice since 2016, and he was awarded best Education and General News Reporting features by the Society for Professional Journalists in 2017. Andrea McNeil joins as operations and development associate. She previously held positions in accounting and finance at the Tulsa Community Foundation, George Kaiser Family Foundation, Tulsa Opera and Riverfield Country Day School. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Northeastern State University and is working toward her master's degree in organizational dynamics at OU-Tulsa.
IBC Bank-Oklahoma appoints David R. Hardy as executive vice president, commercial banking. Hardy has worked in the industry for more than 15 years and has extensive experience in the region. Hardy graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He then went on to complete his MBA from the University of Kansas.
Yeonhee Yoo joins Price Lang Consulting as a graphic designer. Yoo earned her undergraduate degree in strategic communications from the University of Central Oklahoma. While attending UCO, she served as a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America, was a member of the National Student Advertising Competition team and a member of the Peer-to-Peer competition team.
Koch Communications adds James Bost as senior director of development and research. Bost will be responsible for new business development and executing marketing research projects. Bost has served as a professor of marketing at several universities, including his alma mater of Oklahoma State University; owned and operated several marketing research companies providing insights for companies in an assortment of industries and, most recently, provided business development services for marketing firms across the state. Bost earned his bachelor's degree in marketing before obtaining his doctorate in marketing, both from Oklahoma State University.
Phillips Murrah adds Lauren A. Campbell to its Oklahoma City office as an associate attorney in the firm's Oil and Gas Title Examination Practice Group. Campbell represents privately owned and public companies in a variety of oil and gas matters, with an emphasis on oil and gas title examination. Campbell previously worked for another Oklahoma law firm, where she prepared drilling title opinions. She also previously worked as an in-house attorney for a large independent exploration and production company.
Integris Baptist Medical Center adds Neurologist Chelsea Berkley. Berkley graduated from Southern Nazarene University summa cum laude with a bachelor's of science degree in biology and chemistry. Berkley received her medical degree from the University Of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.
SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital adds Jeanne Sands as Integrated Health Technologies Regional Vice President. Sands earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, and is certified as a registered health information administrator. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing all information technology functions for the Oklahoma region of SSM Health.
Oklahoma State University's Spears School of Business names two new department heads: Tom Brown, School of Marketing and International Business, and; Audrey Gramling, School of Accounting. Brown, a Spears professor since 1997, rises into his new position. Gramling, with more than 20 years of accounting faculty experience, arrives from her most recent position at Colorado State University. Brown has two degrees from OSU, earning his bachelor's in marketing and an MBA. He went to the University of Wisconsin to complete his master's and Ph.D., before beginning his teaching career as an assistant professor of marketing at SMU. Gramling received her bachelor's in accounting from the University of Toledo, a master's in professional accountancy from Georgia State University and a Ph.D. in accounting/auditing from the University of Arizona. She comes to OSU after serving as a professor and department chair in the Department of Accounting at Colorado State.
