New leadership at First National Bank branch
BELLEVUE - Dean Miller, President and CEO of First National Bank announces that Tonda Zelms has been promoted to Lead CSR of the Put-In-Bay office.
She will be overseeing and implementing the branches policies/procedures as well as compliance. Zelms will be instrumental in fostering new relationships as well as continuing the excellent customer experience with our existing clients.
Zelms has been with the bank for over two years as a Customer Service Representative in our Port Clinton office. She will continue to assist the surrounding Ottawa County branches as needed.
“Tonda has been helping to serve our clients at the Put-In-Bay office since joining FNB in 2016. She has excellent customer service skills that are well received by the clientele on the island. She has already developed a strong rapport with the residents and business owners at Put In Bay”, said Dean Miller, President and CEO.
